RETURNS POLICY

You have up to 21 days to return an item, meaning you have 21 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or store credit. Once your return is initiated, the item must be delivered to us within 21 days.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items including the label (which will be classified as a handling fee).

For domestic customers, Align will cover the postage costs for sending the new item to you. However, if you are shopping internationally, we only offer store credit at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include a note with your order number in the package. Please note that items with makeup stains or any other marks will not be accepted.

Due to occupational health and safety regulations, Align Activewear reserves the right to refuse a return or store credit for any item that has been worn, damaged, or does not meet our return criteria.

How to Organise Your Return

Once your request is submitted, our team will provide instructions on the next steps.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Please allow up to 7 days from the delivery date for our team to complete the inspection and process your exchange or store credit. Store credits will be valid for 12 months.

Faulty Items

At Align Activewear, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to make it right.

We only accept returns and exchanges for items deemed faulty. Faulty items include manufacturing defects or issues affecting functionality. We cannot accept returns due to general wear and tear.

To report a faulty item, please follow the prompts on alignactivewear.com/apps/returns or contact our customer service team at support@alignactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the fault and relevant photos of the issue.

If approved, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
