Returns Policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange or refund.
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, we will cover the shipping costs.
Align Activewear will not be held accountable for missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
Align Activewear will also not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift Cards/Store Credits
- Sale items
For returns we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not.
Time Frame:
You must request a return or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. If you need more time (eg. you are away from your delivery address for that period) please let us know at contact@alignactivewear.com
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your desired product. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to our facility. If your delivery address is in Australia, Align will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items to you. If we are shipping internationally, we will cover half of the shipping cost for sending the new item/items back to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in original condition, neatly folded in its packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that any items with makeup or any other marks on them will not be accepted.
Due to occupational, health and safety Align Activewear holds the right to refuse a refund or store credit on any item that is returned that has been damaged or worn.
All returns must also contain a note inside stating the order number, otherwise your return will not be accepted.

We offer a 21 day return policy from the date of delivery, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a store credit. To be eligible for a credit, your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected before we can approve a credit note. Please allow up to 7 days from the date of delivery for our team to complete the inspection and process your credit, which will be valid for 12 months.
Please note that Align Activewear is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held accountable if a returned item does not reach us safely.
If you are unable to process your return through our online returns portal, please email us at contact@alignactivewear.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if required for faults). Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return information, including the return shipping address.
Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Faulty Items: Return & Exchange Policy
At Align Activewear, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to make it right.
Faulty Items: We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are deemed faulty. Faulty items include those with manufacturing defects or issues that affect the product's functionality.
We cannot accept returns for general “wear and tear”.
How to reduce wear and tear:
- Make sure you consider the washing instructions to ensure your clothing is long lasting.
- Treat your gym wear with care.
- Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items deemed faulty within a 30 day period can be returned. Any issues outside of this period are considered to be wear and tear and as such cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return or Exchange For a Faulty Item:
Contact our customer service team at contact@alignactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a description of the fault, and any relevant photos.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Return & Exchange Process:
Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
